some of this may be TMI…
But, allow me to stress the importance of pooping EVERY DAY. For some reason I couldn’t poop yesterday or the day before, and I’ve pooped twice this morning. My stomach looks seriously completely different.
P.S. I’m starting to get that triangle under my butt when it is starting to get muscular … Pretty stoked.

I’m going to go to the gym with my husband today and literally work my ass of in spite of my terrible cramping. Maybe it’ll make me feel better, right?

I haven’t weighed in forever, until over my choir trip. I know officially losing 4 pounds isn’t a big deal, but I feel like I look really different. I would have a better idea of how I really looked though if I wasn’t so bloated from my period :/
Any tips for a work out during my period that doesn’t make me feel like I will throw up?
